This is something we're currently looking at, thanks for the additional heads up :)
We actually considered Houston for a while but decided on San Diego this time around.
Could be on the cards for 2021 though for sure, I'm also a fan of hosting something in Austin for sure, but we'll have to see what happens.
No decisions made yet and no promises.

The Zealot is the first Tech II cruiser that I used for piracy after becoming more confident at solo PvPing in EVE. A decent damage dealer and tough when tanked, it became my main weapon of choice as a pirate. During summer 2005 when I was flying with Sniggerdly, I spent eleven weeks flying the Zealot on solo and small gang ops in Pure Blind, Fade, Deklein, Lonetrek, Placid, Verge Vendor, Solitude and Syndicate. Racking up more than 14,000,000 ISK in ransoms and loot drops – a monumental amount of ISK at the time – paved the way for my investment in ISS, and the formation of Veto, a pirate corporation that I ran for almost a decade until I came to CCP.

So you've basically used the most extreme module you could find, on the most reasonably accessible ship that gives the largest bonus to that specific function of that specific module AND overheated it in order to make a shitpost about balance.

EDIT: Actually I feel like in order to become a CCP dev you must spend 2 weeks in nullsec - 1 week in Horde standing and the other week in Theta standing / comms. Baptism by fire.
I spent a decade in low and null before I came to CCP.

Yeah... There's more hardpoints than you can actually control...
One hardpoint is a pair of turrets or launchers :)
I managed to jump on for 15 minutes this morning (working from home) and it was glorious.
The pain of seeing new spells, but not being able to afford to train them. Trainers actually being relevant again!

Why didn't I take a few days holiday? I haven't played retail for a couple of years now, but got a month to check out Classic and was taken right back!!!
