@_nxw Heyho, the other 2 DLC have not yet been released, you will get them as soon as they are out later thsi year.
Update 7.2 should automatically download as long as you're not using the offline mode in Uplay. You can see the version number in the main menu, bottom right corner.

Could you please try deleting the Uplay Cache folder here:
