As a result of the config changes, all population on Emerald (and Z1BR if you were interested) was booted off and unable to login again. Once TechOps and CenturyLink realized what happened, they reverted and Emerald was accessible again. (Cont)

They’ve since pushed the new (non-invasive) config changes and server populations were not impacted. Apologies for the disruption.We wouldn’t normally risk something like this during primetime, but they were changes to ensure network stability during peak population times (cont)
