Patch Notes
  • Fixed an issue with service coverage not extending through highways.
  • Fixed illumination issues with Weather Radar (Natural Disasters) and H3 3x3 Shop17 (Extra Commercials).
  • Fixed an issue where the road editor was not showing pillars for elevated metro tracks.
  • Fixed KO strings for Descriptions Hospital, Water Tower, Medical Clinic, Medical Center and Eden Project.
  • Fixed an issue in elevated metro station pathfinding (elevated metro stations in existing saves have to be rebuilt for this to work).
  • Fixed an issue when elderly and children were not picked up by ambulances if eldercare or child care building exists.
  • Fixed an issue where any extractor showed always the same amount of resource in storage across all industries.
  • Fixed an issue with the resume button hanging the game when all saves are disabled in Content Manager.
  • Changed H3 3x3 Shop17 from "straight" to "corner right" as it is a corner building.

Sunset Harbor is almost here!
Upon release, you will automatically download patch 1.13.0-f7 on PC, which will include the changes listed below regardless of if you purchase Sunset Harbor or not.
This means that if you are using mods you may run into some save game incompatibility for a little while after release while mod creators update their mods. This can take some time, but thanks to an amazing modding beta and community, most mods are fixed in under 48 hours.
We’ll have an extra mods troubleshooting guide ready for you tomorrow!

Thanks for the response snowflitzer :) Like I mentioned in my initial post - we, as Paradox, will try to keep our communication to a higher standard in the future.
As we all know, launcher introduction got very mixed reaction from the community overall... and many very negative comments on Steam. Our launcher development team has been working hard on making it as useful and attractive to the players, but it cannot be done without your help.
Like Verullus Forgefire said, some Cities fans probably don't mind the launcher at all. However, with people who want to voice their opinion, a constructive feedback is important to push the changes in the right direction. I'm sure you know a bit about it as a software developer :)
Keeping that in mind, what exactly would you like to see improved or added? What would make your experience with the launcher better? And regarding that one part of your post - have you noticed any big spikes in RAM consumption on your PC after launcher introduction? ... Read more
