I had this happen to me in team rumble, I was in the driver seat and a bad guy was in the passenger instead of blowing it up I attempted to boost it off the edge of the map but I messed up, so I stayed in it till I hit the water, it said I killed the other guy, my HP went to 0 but I was still alive and could not respawn. I did submit a bug report not sure if they look at those or not.

Here is a recent video someone else posted that shows the bug consistently in a montage. It looks like OP in that clip didn’t even realize it might be a bug.

Yes I am, it started happening today. I remember it was frequent like 2 seasons ago but its been a long time since ive got this bug so thats good. My pc friend also gets it. And sometimes, the game freezes for me and my friend at the exact same time. Freezing is never a common occurencenfor me. It then defreezes for me and my friend at the exact same time.
Friend on PC gets it as well? Can you have them also submit feedback and grab a video if possible? I'll need the username

Perfect. Can you try launching into a creative server and see if it prompts you for microphone access? Once in creative, if it does or doesn't ask, can you submit feedback in game titled "kadzyt"
That’s the problem. I looked in settings and Fortnite didn’t even request permission to use my microphone!
That is not the problem. I’ve tried with both game and party. It just doesn’t work.
So if you go to iPhone phone settings > Fortnite > ... You don't see the following:

I see where you are saying you didn't get the microphone request, but that option should be here but OFF in that case. Let me know and if possible, please post a screenshot of the settings there. We can troubleshoot further after this

I'm unable to give any info about that. I'd assume the phone would melt at 120fps.
