Hey,All progress is tied to your Uplay account, not your Steam account.For you to start again, you would need to unlink your Ubisoft account from your Steam account via account.ubisoft.com and then relink your Steam to a brand new Uplay account that hasn't played R6S before.You can always revert back to your old progress too by re-linking your Steam to your original Uplay account again too.Hopefully this helps.- Ubisoft Support

As the other guys said, the previous Year Pass will no longer be sold once a new Year begins. We entered into Year 4, so the Year 1-3 passes have been retired from sale on Steam.You will be able to buy the operators from the previous Years within the game and also find bundles for them too, however you won't be able to get the other Year Pass specific content any more unfortunately.- Ubisoft Support
