For v26.10 here are the Bug fixes:
- Fixed an issue that caused some candles to be unbreakable when completing the Desstroy Candles or Mirros quest.
- Fixed an issue where the Primal Weapon final perk “ +30% Damage to targets above 85% health” was applying to all damage and not just weapon damage.
- Fixed an issue where Piranhas did not damage a player if they were crouched.

A number of Save the World bug fixes were included in the Fortnite v26.00 update, including:
- Fixed an issue with the Totally Rockin Out perk from being triggered again.
- Fixed an issue where the Hero Icon and Commander perk could disappear when evolving in the Hero Loadout Tab.
- Fixed an issue where the Daily Wargames was not interactable in the Storm Shield Console.
- Hero Loadout Gadget slot will now correctly appear after completing Storm Sheild Defense 3.
- Fixed an issue with Blizzard Blitzer that caused enemies to freeze on the ...
- The Fortnite Save the World v25.20 update includes Birthday Llamas, escorting Crackshot to earn the Deciblaster, and several Heroes.

In Fortnite v25.00, Survive the Horde mode in Save the World continues with its final two Challenge Weeks. (Survive the Horde will be available in Save the World until the end of the Scurvy Shoals Venture Season, June 21, 2023, at 8 PM ET.)

Commanders, the Mild Meadows Venture Season is coming to an end on April 5, 2023, at 8 PM ET! Make sure you complete all your Mild Meadows Quests, including the Blockbuster questline, before the Season ends.

As a note, we’re aware of the following issue:
We're aware in v24.00 that players who select Save The World from Discover will be prompted to "install" Save the World. This is a visual issue only and selecting "ok" will allow you to continue.
Homebase Naming Change:
With this update, we’ve removed Homebase names and are now displaying your user name instead.
The v23.50 update in Save the World brings Weeks 6 and 7 of Wargames: Quantum Countdown and Shortcut! This update also brings back the Valor questline, rewarding the Hero Major Oswald upon completion.
The v23.40 update in Save the World brings the fourth and fifth week of Wargames! We’ve also updated the Collection Book to make it a bit easier to acquire Heroes and weapons.

The v23.30 update in Save the World brings the second and third week of Wargames, an update to when several questlines change, and a reloading change. Also, certain Heroes become available once again!

In v23.20, players can now hurdle! You’ll automatically hurdle over or onto obstacles when sprinting into them. Additionally, the new Autumn Foothills biome opens up and brings the newest Hero in Save the World, the Autumn Queen!

It seems this is a current issue being looked at by the team after it was discovered this morning. I dont want to get heavy into any tech details as thats not my forte but, there are some server issues going on that is preventing this from happening. The smart folks are on top of it and looking to resolve this as quickly as they can.

As the Hexslyvania Venture season finishes, make sure you complete all your questing, including that in the Eye of the Brainstorm questline to unlock the newest hero Brainstorm, and the Pulse Pounder and Shooting Star weapons. Also, complete your Alien Weapon set by grabbing the Plasmatic Discharger and Third Rail from the Event Store before November 20 at 7 PM ET.
