i've been getting several of these reports from our community - i recently helped out deckshop & progress royale with the same problem (but i am not sure if it helped) and now it seems to be affecting others.

as this seems to be a bit bigger than a one off i'll be chatting to the rest of our supercell community managers about this. it is likely affecting their communities too, and i will see if we can chat to the right people at google about this.

in the meantime, i've DM'ed you my contact info, if you can shoot me an email i can follow up with instructions on how we can try to resolve it!

i went through your account with our royale player support lead today and unfortunately the account will remain banned.

we went through previous email/in-game support correspondence and in the past messages you were given several warnings (with explanations on what was done wrong so that you could avoid it in the future).

one thing i did give feedback on was to make this reasoning even more visible in our player correspondence, so that there is less confusion surrounding account bans.

i hope this clears up the situation for you.

you were banned for account sharing - we don't ban players for asking to change their supercell id email.

you may have started the investigation checks when asking for this, but it was not the reason you were banned.

your account received a 2 day ban & warning on 4th feb for breaking our terms of service

• 'someone else did it and didn't get banned, so i dont deserve to be banned'

that's not how this works, but even if it was, you were already given a warning on the 4th feb and a 2 day ban.

you've admitted to account sharing in this post as well ("I account shared, yes." " I admit In the past I have actually shared my account with a friend which is against TOS")

unfortunately accounts being banned is what happens when the terms of service are broken.

This Season we take a look at the infamous Zappies - a card that has been the center of balance discussion since it faded out of the meta.

ZAPPIES

• Damage: +20%
• Hit Speed: 1.6s -> 2.0s (25% slower)
• Faster ‘First Attack’ on target: 1.4sec -> 1sec
• Staggered Deploy Time: 0.15sec (like Goblin Gang, Minion Horde)

WHY?

Zappies is a tough design to balance – while they are fragile and low damage, they had the ability to stunlock enemies unless they could be dealt with. We want you to be able to play your cards, so having other cards that shut down interaction is a no-no. When Zappies were competitively viable before, the meta became overly defensive and difficult to break through.

HOW?

Ultimately, the stun-locking is the biggest problem with Zappies so it made the most sense to reduce its effectiveness. By reducing the hit speed (and increasing the damage), Zappies remain about the same DPS-wise, but won’t lock out enemies permanently. In exchange, Zapp...

Is it not an issue that it's really easy to make the firecracker hit the king tower?

i personally feel it gives a lot of value in other situations so its one of those risk/reward cards.

I just want to see if we can please get an update on wars. We have built a really strong war clan and it's hard to maintain as it is so stale. We should not be battling clans with 3k trophies as we have 10x what they have. I would just like ANY update on wars or even that it's in the works. CWA recently did a video on the state of the game mentioning wars being stale. Taking a shot at my comment getting some attention and hopefully a response. I do have to add in that I still spend too much time in the game but wars is the only reason I still play. Thank you for the many hours of entertainment!

it's in the works. i can't say much else other than that right now!

this is a solid idea that we will look to add in the future.

Happy Cake Day Mr. Drew! I know that you and the balance team get assumed to be “bad at their job”. And while they have some points, I overall think you guys do a good job at balancing the game. It’s just taking you guys a long time to rework the dead cards (Heal, Zappies, Bowler, “Bomber”, “Wizard”, etc) because you want them to be balanced. I appreciate all the work you guys do and wish you guys the best. Keep up the excellent work! 2 Quick Questions: 1) You said that Lava Pups are the last troop card that needed to be able to one shot skeletons/bats. Why is this not the case for Buildings and some Spells? We’re you thinking of changes/reworks to make them comply to that “rule” (personally I think it should be a rule, it makes things consistent in a game where we don’t want randomness or inconsistency to ruin the game we love), and 2) What’s the Exclusive emote in this new Global Tournament? We can’t see it in game when looking at the “top x players get this” section of free rewards.

1. as buildings & spells generally have different functions to troops i wouldn't lump them all together in terms of gameplay (would that mean that earthquake & poison have to kill skeletons in one tick etc).
2. we've shared this to some content creators atm and it will be visible in news royale nearer to the global tournament going live! there were some issues getting it to display correctly in the 'top x players' section.
