Oh what do you mean by evolve?
Evolve may not be the best word, but how they will change in the future. At the moment you can tell that most if not all the skins in the game are currently keeping in theme with the game of this futuristic, royal-ish type look.
It's hard to describe, but the best way I can think of saying it is this way: While the skins look amazing, they tend to blend with one another and I can't seem to remember them on their own as I would with something as an asiimov in CS for an example.
With evolution I'm talking of how they're going to change as we go forward and people get more comfortable with the pallet. Are we going to perfect this futuristic style, or are we going to break it in some spots and see how we can push it while still keeping it in taste.
And what would be less playing it safe
It goes in line with this comment:

I personally would love for my skins to stand on their own and give their personality to the weapon. I mentioned the wasteland rebel in my original comment and it's because the skin itself feels like it tells a story while still keeping the theme of CS. They're playing it safe, but still making the skin a really good highlight on its own
On the other end we would have something like a Neon rider that breaks every theme in CS, but still somehow manages to stay in taste with the game and not seem like something extremely far fetch. The skin makes the gun scream for attention while somehow still blending correctly with the gameplay, the sound and feel of the gun.
If I had to compare it to skins in the game it would be like this:
The base prime skin line seems something like for lack of a better word, royalty would use. The skins catch your eyes while still being classy in line with its theme, but they still feel somehow muted. They don't have this showing of power that you'd expect of something so royal looking, they don't feel like a prized possession that you'd expect from something so high end.
The galleria phantom skin also suffers from this. The idea of the skin is extremely good and it's so close to being an amazing skin, but at the moment it feels a bit like a bunny slapped on top of some red lines, that while looking really good, it fails to distinguish itself from the rest of the skins.
Now I'm not an artist, I'm far from that actually so my feedback may not be the best, but this is how I feel about the skins in the game. They look good, but they just blend with each other and fail to leave a lasting impression on me that makes me want to buy them. I want things that click with me as a person and there's a few that are actually extremely close to that (the galleria specifically, I love it), but they're just that small change away from being so. They feel safe
Hopefully I did a good job explaining my mind on this. Rather hard to do so. That being said you guys have been doing an extremely good job in general with the game and it's the same with the skins, that's why I'm excited to see where we go from here on out.
Edit: Also using cs because the game left the biggest impression on me as far as skins go. I don't play it much, but some of the skins are just that impactful on their own.
