Since there’s no “collection” in Wrath that gives them to all your characters at once, you’ll need to visit an innkeeper or Landro with each of your characters to get the quest for the items.

Hey all, apologies for the last minute switch. We have a few things to work out with the battleground and have removed it from the rotation until Shadowlands.

Those are profession skill level minimums. Not the amount of materials needed. Some items can be farmed, but for those with professions, they can create or gather.
