I think one went through a couple minutes ago, but I never received an email confirmation and the support site kept reseting the ticket screen.
I am on PS4 and PS5. Both consoles have the same error code. DV_Diesel and Diesel_Toolbox
Using Quad 9 primary DNS, Google as secondary.

So it's been 10 hours. I still can't log on. I submitted a ticket, which took 3 hours to get a response. The response asked me for a screenshots of the error code. Which I had already provided in the ticket. That was over 2 hours ago.
I tried changing my dns like worked for some others and still nothing. 10 hours and counting.
We're still actively investigating the source of the error. For anyone who has not already submitted a support ticket, please do so. The information in the ticket helps us not only find the issue but also troubleshoot with you.
