Typo with item description. No plans currently for Einhasad Shop.

Every Fri/Sat/Sun at 22:00 ~ the next day at 03:00 is the actual time for the Dethrone content.

The patch notes and in-game help sections for the new zone had incorrect information as there were some last minute changes received from the Development Team. We will address it shortly on the website and will request for changes to the Help sections in-game to be updated with the correct details. Apologies for the inconvenience!

Do you have screenshots of the graphical issues on the character and can you share what Graphics Settings you have chosen in the Options menu?

This is a known issue and will be fixed during the maintenance this week. Battlefield Token should be used for the Battlefield Fighter collection instead of the Shining version.

There are no plans at this time to introduce a class change ticket.

We do not have any official control over the L2wiki website. L2Wiki is a database owned by another third party publisher unaffiliated with NCSOFT West.

We are investigating the cause of the crash and the sudden level increase for those users that went to 97 at the time of the crash.

After we changed the server time to UTC, the database kept the value of the old start time and that is why it occurred 5 hours later. The time has been set back to the original value automatically after the fortress battle ended. We will have more details to share next week on what will be done for yesterday's issue.

While moving to olys or going back to live, when going to PG or coming back to live, sometimes your agathions are forcelly unequipped. 

It is a known issue. Thank you for reporting!

None of the items in the packs are being deleted. There is only a deletion timer on the actual packs and the tickets when you check the items in-game.

We resolved the issue with the Death Knight Ring (30-day) for new characters and it is now in the store. No delay!

It is a display bug, please check your inventory for the L2 Coin.

There is a display bug with L2 Coin in the UI, but it is still in your inventory.

We encountered some issues with the game update maintenance today, but will be opening in 5 minutes at 10:00 AM PT.

• Wings of Splendor items and skill localization were reverted to an older name (Successor's Luminance)
• Pandari's Cube has a localization typo (Pnadari's Cube)
• The free Death Knight Ring (30-day) has an issue with the restriction and will be delayed to next week.
• Forgotten Spellbook Exchange is still available on the Dimensional Merchant.
• The God's Soul Exchange is only showing in the Dimensional Merchant Sidebar UI and not on the actual Dimensional Merchant NPC.

We encountered some issues with the game update maintenance today on the Live servers, but will be opening ALL servers in 2 minutes at 10:00 AM PT.

• Clan user interface contains several localization typos (Clan Advent buff and extra % in Clan Abundance passive)

The Expedition Supply boxes are being deleted, not the items you get from it after you open the box.

I don't see a time limit on the armor, only for the event!

It is free Blessed Exalted Armor Pack (choice of one type). It works exactly the same as the pack from the L2 Store. The only time limit is on the coupon to claim the item from the Craft system by 11/17.

We switched out the instance for a different one (new hardware host). 

The team is still investigating the cause for the latency.

The Dandy Ball was for the delay of maintenance. We haven't determined compensation for the latency issue on Chronos since we need to observe if the hardware change today resolved the issue.
