It will not be fixed before the event ends next week. If you are attached to the current augment, then you can remove it and ask to restore it with a token through support.

Looks like you indeed found a bug with the Dark Leviathan Armor not working with augments for the exchange. I verified and was able to exchange the Augmented Bloody Leviathan Armor without issue.

Come on, I don't feel like newbie much..

You need to remove the augment from the breastplate, then the enchant level will also show.

Did you unequip your breastplate and use the correct option on Black?

Regarding dualclass I also agree it should be able to be lernt on dualclass, because if you are short minded, we didnt have main class change service for long long time and people start exping dualclass, it's only fair to be able to learn the book on dual class, people are already missing important things (like Ranking buffs) for having low lvl main, lets not make another must have.

@Jujican you please clarify what you proposed to DEV team? To be able to LEARN the spellbook on dualclass, or to fix the bug that on dualclass skills are not showing up?

We are still discussing with the Dev team on the conditions for using the spellbook with Dual Class. They referenced a change to the spellbooks that happened in Korea on 1/12, but did not clarify if it would resolve the issue with Dual Class....

The weapon/armor filler items you use will be deleted at the end of the event, but not the item collections they were used in. Hopefully that clarifies the issue and the customer support representative will also update their response to match this information.

The Dev team is now investigating the item properties of the Dignity of the Exalted spellbook for use with both Main Class and Dual Class.

It is a cosmetic issue (front-end) with the transfer date pulling the request date and should not affect your transfer for next week. It has been escalated to the web team to quickly address.

The Dev team responded to our bug report today that it was always intended for these items to non-tradable from the introduction of the Transformation System. They plan to keep the current non-tradable item properties for the Transformation Sealbook Fragments (Missions) and Transformation Sealbooks obtainable from Pona.

The issue with hunting zones is still being investigated by the Dev team. The emergency maintenance today was carried out immediately to address a bug that was being abused.

The issue is still under investigation, but the number of enchanted cloaks made after the update was less than 40 people across both servers. We are in the process now of reverting back all the cloaks that were enchanted from 3/9 until the hotfix today.

Live servers will be down for emergency maintenance beginning Friday, June 11, 2022 at 8:45 a.m. The servers will be unavailable for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

 Fate Purification is located under the Special Skill section in the Skill Window. The skill only appears on Lv. 4 or higher Talismans of Fate. The Fate Power skill that has a chance to proc can be obtained when the Talisman of Fate is enchanted to +3 or higher. Can you check again to make sure the item's skill is displaying correctly for you?

5 of the 6 buffs are lasting 1hr instead of 8 hours. We have reported this issue to Dev.
