Sorry for not being around as much since moving to Production! I've been super busy ensuring development of game updates stay on track that I've not had a chance to really sit down and give social media my full attention. However, I've come back with a message, though it may not be the one you want to hear read so apologies in advance you lovely bunch!

It's been an amazing adventure at Jagex but today will be my last day.

I started at Jagex as an eager player wanting to make a difference for the game I grew up playing and it wasn't until I joined that I realised I wasn't just living out my childhood dream job but making really long lasting friendships along the way.

I've seen the team and game grow significantly over the past 4 years and I'm really excited to see what the future holds for the game I love.

While a new adventure awaits me at another company, I will definitely miss the Old School team and all of you! Especially all the memes.

Accidentally made hostile hordes of vampyres, guess we gotta go kill them all.

/u/JagexAcorn I'm sorry to tag you in such an aggressive manner just to get attention but I'm lobbying like 4 years ago every time we have a chance to get any type of modification to the graceful set. Could you pretty please run a query with the team about the suggestion above? Its always very well received like 50-100 upvotes on average, but never discussed in any Q&A :( I missed today's live stream but even watching back like 10 people asked about it. I'm 101% confident that it would be sooooo healthy to the game and also to how graceful is seen and received by the players.

I see the tier 3 outfit doesn't have a hand slot item this time. A walking stick would have been cool! Makes the sets more consistent across leagues too.

Happy to explain! When changing the spiders to a non-attackable spider for the update, the spider was changed to a vampire spider which seemed fitting to the area where the tree is and it didn't have an attack option on it. However the developer didn't realise that the spider actually changed into a vampire when a player goes near it which then caused a ton of vampires to show up unannounced.
