Why is reward 18 and 68 both a lifeline season 1 kill badge?

23 and 78 are both Bangalore.

13 and 58 are Octane?

Are these placeholders?

This week has been absolutely incredible. And that's still is an understatement. But us at the studio, we know we're not perfect and the games not perfect. So let us know your thoughts.
