Explanation: Parental controls do not allow the parent to enter the PIN to change settings, on PS4. This is the same bug that prevented players from reporting other players - as in, the interface does not accept controller input. (Additionally, there is no way to completely turn off parental controls on an account!)

If reproducible, how: Try opening parental controls.

Also guys, please for the love of God, let me completely disable parental controls. I turned them on for curiosity's sake and now I can't turn them off. Worse still, they lock all of the applicable settings: for example, if voice channels are allowed in parental controls - you cannot turn them off in the normal settings. Ridiculous!
