Patch #2 for 1.2 is now live. Below are the update notes:
AI Butcher:
  • Decreased the butchers resistance to explosive damage. It can now be killed with a single BIg dynamite bundle as before.

Gunplay
  • Knuckle Knife:
    • Increased the damage of the Knuckle Knife's normal attack from 31 to 45.
    • Slighty increased the stamina consumption of the Knuckle Knife for normal attack.
    • Slightly increased the damage of the Knuckle Knife heavy attack against the hive to allow 1 hit kills when striking the head.
  • Machete:
    • Decreased stamina consumption on the Machete's heavy attacks slightly (will now perform 5 heavy melee attacks up from 4; that's 2 more than the heavy knife and one more than a Hatchet, giving a standalone Machete an advantage in economy).
  • Cavalry Saber:
    • Decreased stamina consumption on the Cavalry Saber's heavy attacks slightly (will now perform 5 heavy melee attacks up from 4 and one more than a Riposte, giving a standalone Saber an advantage in economy).

UI
  • V-sync: in the graphical options, you can now set the V-Sync framerate lock that you wish. Example if your monitor has 144 Hz you can choose to cap V-SYNC at 72 Hz by picking 72 in the max framerate dropdown.

UI
  • Region selection was updating every 1 seconds and could refresh to previous state instead of currently selected region state.
  • Audio input device field cut long names off too early, making it hard or impossible to identify the correct device.
  • Owned filter and medium ammo filter wasn't highlighted after a restart in the store.
  • Plus symbol didn't disappear on the equipment screen when having a new item and a contraband version of it.
  • The region that was displayed in the "Match Found" banner took a few seconds to update to the correct region name. (This was only valid after region was switched).

Gameplay
  • Fixed some animation issues.

Stability / Performance
  • Players sometimes experience desyncs / rubberbanding issues during gameplay.
  • Client might crash when quitting the game.

  • Fixed a bug that allowed players to shoot too fast after quickly triggering the stop bleeding/burning action.

  • Fixed a bug that caused the Assassin to die in unintended poses.

  • Added possibility to set a different horizontal field of view from 85° (default) to 110° in the Game Options tab.

Hunter
  • Adjustments to interactions with world items: Reduced the total time necessary to pick up lanterns, hammers, axes and bear traps. (total time until player can use a world item is reduced from 0.7-0.8 seconds to 0.45 seconds.)
  • Revive interaction will now pause burning damage and completely remove the burning status if he is not lying in a fire zone anymore.
  • Improved the outline of your team-mate to be more visible across different times of day.

World
  • Further tweaks to the activation range of crows and ducks.
Spectator Camera
  • Spectated player's name, rank and prestige will be displayed in the lower right of your screen.
  • Mission logic (closed rifts etc.) will now be displayed through the eyes of the spectated player....

We would like to officially welcome you to the 11th testing phase on our test servers. Some of you should already be familiar with this concept but for those of you that are not here is the deal:
As we progress through Early Access, we will be performing a number of testing phases aimed at testing/refining the content and updates we want to bring to Hunt:Showdown in the future. This means that prior to us releasing new content (either hot fixes, content patches or performance updates) we will run a test phase to verify that this update will have the intended results.
Through each of these phases, we will create specific sub forum dedicated to that phase (like this sub forum for example) where you can provide us with your feedback and bug reports from your time in game.
