Patch #3 for update 1.2 is now available, the details can be found below:
Gunplay
Flare Pistol:
  • Increased the damage of the initial hit from 10 up to 75 to allow it to be more viable in PvP encounters.

Derringer:
  • Increased the maximum effective range of the Derringer. (Headshot range increased to 52m previously 26m)

Sticky Bomb
  • Damage output changed in relation to Bosses; 1 sticky bomb will bring a boss down to 25% of their health.

Choke Bomb:
  • Increased Choke Bomb duration to 60 seconds (previously 30 seconds)
  • Fixed a crash that could happen on throwing explosives
  • Fixed some edge cases where the game server wasn't loading correctly (would result in 5 minute loading into a map before being kicked back to menu)

Performance & Stability
  • Clients might crash when using bomb lance intensively.
  • Players may sometimes experience desyncs / rubberbanding during gameplay.

We would like to officially welcome you to the 14th testing phase on our test servers. Some of you should already be familiar with this concept but for those of you that are not here is the deal:
As we progress through the development of the game, we will be performing a number of testing phases aimed at testing/refining the content and updates we want to bring to Hunt:Showdown in the future. This means that prior to us releasing new content (either hot fixes, content patches or performance updates) we will run a test phase to verify that this update will have the intended results.
Through each of these phases, we will create specific sub forum dedicated to that phase (like this sub forum for example) where you can provide us with your feedback and bug reports from your time in game.   • Fixed an issue that was causing players to disconnect from the server.
  • Fixed a bug that resulted in tools and consumables floating in the air.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause players to receive more blood bonds after a mission than displayed in the summary screen.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause the Allow Teams of Three Button not clickable after going to another UI tab or leaving group if random partner search was set to team of 3 before.
  • Fixed issue with tool pickup in quickplay when already owning same items.

Gunplay
  • Concertina Trip Mine
    • Now releases fewer wire pieces to make it easier to destroy with melee attacks and should help to avoid becoming entangled.
    • To compensate for this change, the initial damage upon triggering the mine has been increased.
    • These changes make single Concertina trip mines less effective to block passage ways, but will reward smarter placement overall.
Bounty Hunt
  • The whisper sound that occurs when approaching the Target lair has been moved to Dark sight.
  • Added a visual indicator on the HUD that flashes the target status in the top left corner when entering the outer and inner whisper radius.
  • Increased the bounty for collect clues from 25 to 50 Hunt dollars.

World
  • Item boxes and looting Hunters will now only grant 1 charge to a tool instead of fully recharging it.
    • This change is to reduce the possibility of exploiting certain tools, such as the Concertina trip mines, from being recharged repeatedly through item boxes around the map.

Below are the update notes for 1.1.3. This update sees a fix to the appearance of the purple shaders rendering issue. Alongside that, you might encounter performance issues in this since we are still working on several possible improvements.

New Weapons Springfield 1866
  • New medium ammo, early game one-shot rifle
  • The Springfield 1866 is, in essence, a converted Civil War-era musket that can now fire cartridges through a trapdoor mechanism, loading from the top
  • It's available from the start, giving players the option to choose between the Romero 77 (short-range), Winfield 1873C (mid-range) and the Springfield 1866 (long-range)

Most likely this is down to an error in the database that was used to grant the currency for test, it can happen, but I will pass it on and see if we can get it sorted to give you guys a chance to buy more of the legendary weapons and hunters to try out.

Thanks for the feedback, however given the impact this trait has on pistols, I think it is doubtful that we would drop it down to Rank 1.

I think you are slightly over reacting here span4ev. Rather than just calling it a stupid decision and taking several chances to poke at the dev team repeatedly, you could easily just explain your viewpoint in a constructive way and know that from this, your feedback would be passed on.
This is the whole point of having a test server, to catch things like this that may not fit or may need work. This feedback has already been passed on as you are not the first person to mention it, and most likely will not be the last.
Please try to keep the feedback constructive going forward.

At the moment I would suggest to not change the language of the game as it will cause some issues with the Book of Weapons and the Book of monsters. In some cases the translations are not complete and will not unlock if the requirements for the entries are met.
The other languages will be updated soon but for now please stick o English to be able to effectively test the new content.

Challenges
  • Reduced the requirements for completing daily challenges:
    • These were updated to be more in line with the changes to the Book of Monsters.
  • Rewards for weekly challenges have been replaced with by an award of 25 Blood Bonds per completed challenge.

Accolade Cards
  • “Kill Assist” accolade card added. (damaging an enemy that is then killed by a team mate)
  • “Trio wipe” accolade card added. (killing a full team of 3 players)
  • Accolades for killing the different tiered hunters have been removed and replace with rewards based on the difference in ELO ranking:
    • Killed player's ranking was much better (1000 XP reward)
    • Killed player's ranking was better (750 XP reward)
    • Killed player's ranking was about equal (500 XP reward)
    • Killed player's ranking was worse (250 XP reward)
    • Killed player's ranking was much worse (50 XP reward)
  • Top-5 Accolade cards now give Blood Bonds in addition to the existing rewards:
    • Bronze frame = 1 Blood Bond.

New AI variations
  • Female grunt variations have now be added to the cast.
  • Thematic grunt variations have now been added to the cast.
  • Context driven skin variations for Grunts will now feature on both maps (e.g prisoners or guards around the prison, muddy grunts in muddy areas etc.).

General AI changes
  • Grunt based AI behavior has been reworked in instances where there target is in an unreachable position.
    • Grunts will now attempt to attack players even if you are standing on unreachable props (such as haystacks).
    • Grunts will now perform a taunt if their target is completely unreachable, generating much more noise.
  • Grunts can be knocked down by charging Immolators or Armoured.
  • Improvements made to the Off-navmesh of grunts making them less likely to become stuck in terrain or objects.
  • Grunts that perform tasks ( those that perform an action before you aggro or interact with them) have had their local rotation improved ensuring they will face the task object.
