Strange bedfellow is still bugged on David's photo, the recent patch never fixed it for me and submitting tickets with bethesda on their site hasn't gotten me anywhere

Hey there, what quest(s) are you having problems with?
No video, but info. Removing any decorations did not fix, I had decorations on it before the patch. Moving the wheel to a new location did not fix. Storing then placing again did not fix. Relogging did not fix. Each time you move it the wheel spins for a half second then stops again. There is no more invisible barrier stopping you from standing directly on the wheel, you can now stand between the tires. The water still falls off the individual tires like it is spinning, even ones on top. The klaxon light now emits properly onto the metal sidebars, unlike before where the spinning light emissions were not present. Last one could be due to changes made with the light though.

Cosmetic backpacks now works as a skin rather than a separately crafted backpack item. You should be able to apply the Free States skin to your backpack at the armor workbench.
