Scourge monsters deal 1% more damage with hits and ailments against you per stack of the debuff. So, it doesn't affect self-damage or Righteous Fire etc

There is a Mastery option that allows minions to penetrate cursed enemies' elemental resistances.

It's not a bug. Weapon effects from supporter packs automatically propagate to your other hand if you're dual-wielding. There's currently no way to turn it off on a shield when this happens and we didn't want to force it on users. Until we can add an option for that, we've disabled supporter weapon effects from propagating onto shields.
Edit: this is wrong - we are investigating.

We will fix this so that if you're dual wielding, the weapon skin automatically applies to both hands.

Question: How does Thread of Hope work with the new Masteries?
In this example: Would I be able to select a Mastery once I put a point into "Sovereignty"?
//Edit: Chris mentioned "Annointed Amulets" will not allow you to select a mastery, since they are not "physically used skill points". Thread of Hope would still require you to spent a skill point.
Thread of Hope and Intuitive Leap won't give access to the Mastery of that cluster. You need a full path to the Mastery to access it.

This is just an error. It should state, "Melee Weapon or Unarmed". We'll fix.
