Why are the servers not prepared for a big expansion like this? There are 200k watching and more trying to play...
It's not a server issue that causes this. We do significantly expand our server capacity prior to a league launch.

I crashed right after Brutus upon zoning into prisoner's gate and moving. I had 4 people in party with me at the time. I used Dash. Nobody did anything else. No error message. Hope this helps even in the slightest

It's absolutely not acceptable. We're really sorry about the delay, we understand it completely hampers the experience of getting to play. We're investigating what happened so we can make sure it doesn't happen again.

Bex, you might want to talk to people, we have only seen the queue move about 5k people in the past 5 minutes.
Yep, it's definitely moving a little slower than usual but it is confirmed to be clearing.
