Ah, thanks. The underlying issue is something we have to fix in code, but can be temporarily worked around. The workaround would involve changing a server-side setting, however.

Yeah, the things that literally said “Placeholder” or cost 9999 coins were placeholders. Some other prices were changed as well after we had talked about it! But not all of it was changed around before launch.

1: We’re reading topics and comments about the BP and Bazaar and following along with feedback, although I have no further comment to offer especially since the update just came out. Just don’t want yall to think we’re just ignoring it. It’s a spicy topic after all.

2: Now, speaking of spicy topics, a trend I see with this line of discussion is the inevitable scapegoating of our parent company, Tencent, and then things start to unravel as someone else brings up the Chinese government, then geopolitical tensions in general come up and it starts reading like some weird cold war fanfic.

It’s okay if you don’t like us or the business decisions we have to make, and it’s okay to not like our parent company or anything like that. What’s not okay is to use that as a way to make veiled Sinophobic comments or spread conspiracy theories.

This is likely caused by a known texture/material issue that can also cause certain armor pieces to appear invisible on your character for a while. I don’t have a release date for the fix patch yet, so we can only ask for your patience while the issue is worked out.

I had missed earlier when you said you’re on Game Pass. Sadly, that is likely the cause of what you’re describing, as there may be a version mismatch preventing you from seeing valid servers.

This is an issue we cannot resolve with simple server restarts and will likely require waiting until a patch can be published or if you can coax the Xbox patching system to give you an update. It’s a fickle beast.

We are working on a patch to fix emergent issues found in 3.0, but I currently don’t have details on exactly when it’ll drop. Keep an eye here or on our social media for news on updates. In the meantime I can only kindly ask for your patience.

There have been rolling restarts on most official servers in order to temporarily work around an issue causing folks to become unable to corrupt their stats (or end up getting reset).

We attempted this earlier in the day, but the fix did not propagate. We identified the cause internally and gave it another go somewhat recently.

There is also a known issue causing MS Game Pass players to see invalid servers, which is a much more involved issue that server restarts won’t fix. Hopefully it’s not that.

We were unable to reproduce this issue based on the information provided. Went to single-player, started a new save on Siptah, picked Ymir, and got Ymir.
