Greetings, Exiles!

A new hotfix has been released. This is a smaller update that addresses issues that were introduced in the March Update. Please watch this space for news on future updates!

Patch Notes:

  • Liu Fei: Eyes of the Innocent and the Ancient Rhino Horn can now be obtained once more
  • PlayStation: Fixed an issue where players were unable to continue any co-op game if they had active save games on both Exiled Lands and Isle of Siptah
  • Sound in the Dregs Dungeon has been restored
  • Living Settlement thralls now correctly obey “Disable Thrall Use” settings
  • Removed unintended rewards as loot from chests (but keep an eye out in the future!)

Greetings, Exiles!

We hope you’ve all been surviving and dominating 2025. It’s been a little while, and it’s time we gave an update following our commitment from our last Producer’s Letter.

Our next update is coming on March 25 with a ton of fixes and changes, big and small. Before then, though, we wanted to preview and give notices about a few important changes:

  • Based on consistent feedback regarding how it impacts performance, the Stygian Legion is withdrawing from al-Merayah Keep, to be demolished and removed permanently. The Dogs of the Desert have reclaimed the area, drawn to the cave shrine linked to Jhebbal Sag that remains intact.
  • Stamina is getting readjusted, also based on your feedback about stamina costs being too high. We want to meet in the middle – the cost of attacks across the board is being reduced by 50%, but regen is being increased to (mostly) their old values.
  • We’re adding a compass! Unlock the Wayfinder knowledge to learn how to never get lost again. Once craf...

Bounty Hunting is now active until February 21!

Earlier this week we announced the return of the Khitai Bounty Hunters on February 4th; it looks like they took a wrong turn on the way to the Exiled Lands and Siptah, but they are now set up across the lands and open for their gruesome business. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused.

Greetings Exiles!

The wait is almost over! We’re excited to announce that the Age of Heroes will arrive on October 17!

This is the dawn of a new age, and the team has worked hard to make sure this update feels like it. Soon, you will accompany fully voiced heroes as their legend is made, eventually recruiting them as companions to your cause. The unique perks they acquire will depend on your actions in these epic quests.

New Companion: Liu Fei!

Living Settlements, the second major feature in Age of Heroes, will breathe life into your base thanks to worker thralls now existing in the world, reacting to their surroundings and living their life.

All of this will come with bug fixes and multiple smaller changes. We can’t wait for you to embark on this new adventure in the Exiled Lands. Only a week to go!

Greetings Exiles,

Conan Exiles would not be where it is today without years of valuable feedback. Surveys are a powerful tool for us to better understand who you are and how you feel about different aspects of the game.  With Age of War – Chapter 4 well underway, we are turning to you, our valued community, for feedback about your experience.

Click HERE to take the survey!

Or, scan this QR code with your mobile device’s camera to be taken to the survey page:

The first survey, which we released after Chapter 3, received over 24000 responses! It provided fascinating insights into what type of players we have in the community and what you all had the most and the least fun with. It also highlighted areas in communication where we can improve, and validated the feedback shared by players, content creators, and community ambassadors.

The survey results are but one source and the insights obtained cannot be used in isolation, as they represent a subset of the global Conan Exiles community. Their...

Greetings Exiles,

Three weeks ago, we announced our fundraising campaign in collaboration with Save the Children. Together with you, our amazing community, we aimed to raise $5,000 for children in need across the globe.

We launched the campaign with our opening livestream, also kicking off our charity auctions for some extra-special items: A custom gaming chair from noblechairs, a keyboard and mouse set from Cherry XTRFY, a Conan the Barbarian: Rage of the Undying statue from Sideshow Collectibles courtesy of Heroic Signatures, and of course, the custom-made Conan Exiles statue sculpted by Mankej:

Exiles Aid has now concluded, and we are thrilled to announce that with your contributions across auctions and direct gifts, we not only merely reached our $5,000 goal, but absolutely crushed it, totaling an incredible $15,010 by the campaign’s end! We are overjoyed and humbled by the sight of our community coming together in force. Mitra is proud of you all!

To each and every donor, no ma...

Exiles Aid: April 24 - May 14

We overcome hunger, thirst, and the elements in Conan Exiles, but for millions of people across the real world, it is a struggle to contend with daily, and children are among the most vulnerable.

Together, we can combat hunger, but it takes a village - that’s why this year, as part of our sixth anniversary celebration, Funcom is teaming up with Save the Children and Tiltify to launch a charity drive to aid children around the globe! We’re calling upon all Exiles to help give these children a fighting chance.

From April 24th until May 14th, you can donate money directly to the Exiles Aid campaign, stay up to date on auctions of exclusive items - including a custom-made original Conan Exiles statue - and our 6th Launch Anniversary! All the proceeds will go directly to Save the Children.

Jhebbal Sag’s thirst for blood is nearly slaked…for now. The Sacred Hunt will return May 1 - May 10, along with at least one more hunt before Chapter 4 concludes!

Did you know the forums have an event calendar? We’ll try to keep things updated - keep track here: Funcom Forums

Quick update on what’s in the pipeline:

We’re focusing on building a new update specifically to address your inventory not responding correctly under various circumstances, as well as fixing Sprint toggle.

Inventory management issues include being unable to access chests and vaults, becoming unable to equip armor, multiple items becoming highlighted in your inventory, and more.

The current timeline we’re looking at for this patch release is approximately 2 weeks, assuming all goes well with getting these bugs squashed, build cooked, and patch certified. We’ll keep you updated as soon as we know more. Thanks folks.

Sorry, the second half of my reply to you was directed at a different post. We are aware of both of the issues you mention as separate bugs. I believe we plugged the spots reported that instantly kill you on EL (like the rock underpass near the jungle/swamp) but if there’s more, please let me know.

It’s after-hours so I won’t be able to get a full response immediately, but I’ll make sure to forward these.

Re: Bearers - The long and the short of it is they’re disproportionately tanky compared to other thralls and that’s not the direction we want to take them. That said, some context for the change was with an upcoming feature in mind - one that would allow you to recover a defeated thrall (with limitations) to mitigate or avoid losing someone you invested a lot of time in. We’re not quite ready to unwrap this feature yet, but stay tuned.

We are aware of at least one commonly-reported issue involving foundations (see above list - players and thralls can sometimes sink through them) but I am not sure what you are referring to. Could you please clarify?

General

  • Potion of Midnight is now craftable at a new station located next to the Werehyena who teaches you the recipe. This station is the only station where it can be crafted.
  • Other Werehyena NPCs at the event camp have been properly disciplined and no longer offer the option to speak to you
  • Followers will now properly defend against the Werehyena Ambush
  • Bearer Thrall HP increased to original pre-Chapter 4 values
    • (Dev note: This change is temporary, as we feel the current HP values of Bearer Thralls is too high. This will be revisited after a new feature in a future update)
  • Defensive Followers will now properly use weapons
  • Fixed an issue where a player can become invulnerable under specific circumstances
  • Tweaked certain Elephant attacks so that they no longer rotate in unintended ways
  • Siptah: Fixed an attack from a Devolved Goblin that did no damage
  • Fixed an issue where the attacks of the Wine Cellar bo...
