This probably has to do with your computer's internal clock being out of sync.Navigate to your Date & time settings in Windows. Once there, find Set time automatically, it should be near the top. Untick this option, wait a moment, and then tick it again. This should force a clock sync and most likely solve your issue. Read more

Ah, i see. Yes, this is a bug. It has been fixed and will be included in the patch on Friday. It would be great if you could download the patch when it comes out and see if you can get it to happen again. This info only helps us make the game better, so thanks for the feedback!

@Acuren - Regarding cheating - the issue you're describing actually sounds like something we've diagnosed as a bug that allows players to get into an invulnerable state vs. someone actually cheating. We are working on a fix for this, hope to have it in very soon. @Kanran - can you describe your issue a bit more, or provide a screenshot? What mode were you playing in?
