This is a FAQ concerning the Community Moderators and the forum staff from the perspective of the members of this forum.
 
Q: What are Community Moderators, exactly?
A: When the forums grew past the few thousands of Closed Beta, the workload to maintain and run the forums increased, more and more, to the point where it became almost a full-time job just reacting to the reports. DE then contacted a handful of individuals and asked if they would volunteer to help out and uphold the Guidelines. These individuals are not DE employees, nor on DE's payroll, and fulfill their positions in their free-time.
 
Q: But, they are privy to secrets and their statements are representative, right?
A: Community Moderators are, where the forum tools end, players just like everyone else. They see the same patchnotes, play the same game and get the same treatment from support. They watch the livestreams and read the forums. Sometimes, they get a briefing on general topics, but unless a ComMod expl...

Also do ink drawings that are colored with either colored pencil or colored with markers count or does it beak the rules? I have an idea I think would be really neat for Unity but I want to end up making it colored in the end result. However because of that I need the pen shading to be done an certain way so the pencil color hopefully doesn't drown it out. Thus making the shading with the ink pen look weird.

Wow! What a great contest round. Ik_Proyect, Helen, and I had a blast going through everyone's dojos. This round had lots of unique cyber and steampunk architecture, making many dojos tough to rank-that's a testimony to how incredible the submissions were this round. What Are Showcased Dojos?

Every month, a new set of Dojos appears on the Star Chart for all Tenno to visit! The Warframe team selects these Dojos based on designs shared in this quarterly event. Share your Dojo with us and it could be next to receive a place of honor on the Star Chart!

There are two submission categories: Star Chart Ascendant and Star Chart All Stars. Read on for more details!

Guest Judge, IK Proyect joins us to select this round of Star Chart Dojos. IK Proyect is an Xbox Tenno who’s especially active in the Dojo community. His designs have been showcased on the Star Chart with his Clan, 5pectrum!

Hello Tenno!

It was so great connecting with you all–in some capacity or another–at TennoCon this year. Since then, we have deployed an all platform Hotfix and have been quietly working on exciting new content and updates for August (and beyond!). In the near future, we have an all platform update on August 17th; expect to see TennoGen Round 22 Part 1, Quality of Life improvements, and fixes. 

Following the update on August 17th, we are diving headfirst into streaming with 3 streams planned. We will have more information about the upcoming streams and respective dates next week!
