There have been some issues lately with a small number of you having connection problems to the Xbox client. We are currently looking at the issue, and have narrowed it down to a few users who use specific ISP’s.

For those of you who also have PC’s that run Warframe, there is something you can do to help us diagnose your specific issue. If these conditions apply to you then you could assist us, by sharing your PC logs:

• You connect to Warframe with both your Xbox and PC on the same internet connection.
• You are unable to connect on the Xbox version of Warframe
• You are either able or unable to connect to the PC version of Warframe

If the above conditions apply to you, then you should go to your PC and generate your logs for support. You can do this by opening up the Warframe launcher on your PC, click the little settings cog in the upper right hand side, then click on the ‘Get Logs’ button.

I would like to point out that in our requirements for the game we do have the following:

Not everyone has access to readily available broadband, I understand that. Some people may even have data plan limits. We do our very best to keep download sizes to as small as we can manage, especially for those on console markets, but ultimately that does not change when the final build is ready. In brief, we owe you an update on Melee changes. Last Devstream had one remark about something maybe making it into Gauss’s Mainline, but this is no longer the case. You can see the clip here: as stated by Steve on Devstream #130.

We wanted to give you some insight into our process and why this decision was made.

The melee “beast” is a large one to tackle, and while we could add in some minor changes, the knock-on effects to other aspects of melee (such as Stances, blocking, Mods, Augments) may cause more issues than improvements. Frankly, we need to look at the system more holistically and make decisions based on thorough testing, and re-works of the varying components involved.

Those reworks are not going to make it into the system before our up and coming mainline update, and while we would have loved for these changes to make it sooner rather than later, we simply need more time to implement these changes to the expansive collection of melee...

So we understand that changes were made after the item was released, and this did not sit well with some of the folks purchasing Wukong Deluxe. As a result we will be happy to refund your platinum and remove the item, if you purchased the Wukong Deluxe bundle before the 25.6.1 Hotfix which made the changes.

No plans or announcements have been made regarding 2020 minimum requirements. When we do plan to make changes, we let the community know well ahead of time to make appropriate adjustments or to prepare.
