Is the season 2 premium pass retro active???

Meaning, if I get to level 23 in the season rewards without the premium pass, and then decide to get the premium pass at a later date(waiting on payday for example), will it place my premium reward level at 23 and I get the rewards from level 1 to level 23 or will it place me at premium reward level 1???

Yes, it's retroactive. Will be the same way it currently works.

@sanchezmauro5 Seasons provide new activities and events each week and have their own rewards; The Warlords of New York expansion features a new campaign and setting in New York City. Owning the expansion gives you access to the Seasons!
@H4RDFOX The Season 1 Manhunt targets will no longer be available after June 15th.
@hamoushi22 TU10 and Season 2 will be for all platforms that run The Division 2.

What about switching the loadout during the skill cooldown?

No progress so far on this. The implemented solution is pretty frustrating for players, waiting for a Hive to fully come off cooldown, etc. The team is looking at changes for that but it will likely take some time.

would love to know if there's anything is being discussed about a balance pass for the specializations like dmg and the grenades? like survivalist grenade swap with firewall and demo specs.

Grenades in general are a topic and as said, Specializations as well.

Destiny is a much much much bigger world space than the Division with a lot more stuff in it, but they hardly ever leave out anything. How does this even happen? It gets ‘lost’?

I'm not familiar with Bungie's process but maybe we can learn something from them. I think the "hardly ever" does imply that it happens.

It's either rank incompetence or willful malice at this point. Possibly both. You're cordially invited to tell the class which one it is.

I mean, it's simply just hard. I think the idea that Patch Notes are easy to do because we make the game is something that makes sense from the outside. But documentation and all the moving parts in software development make writing these huge lists difficult.

Hi Chris, related to the game. Have you guys considered making the Specialization Skill Mods into passive boosts to the skills they're associated with?

Nothing we have discussed yet. Specializations in general are a topic though and I can make sure that the way Skill Mods work with them can be part of that. Thanks for the feedback!

No. But maybe a little more consideration should be given to accurately keeping your paying customers up to date. Just a thought.

Yeah, being better and making sure Patch Notes are always as correct as can be is definitely something we are working on. I worked for both Blizzard and Ubisoft and I talk to a lot of community managers and patch notes writers out there, it's not an easy feat but absolutely something that needs to be done well.

Funny how the biggest nerfs always are "forgotten" in the patch notes. Get a grip.

Just quickly adding my thoughts on this:

There's very little reason for us to leave nerfs out of public Patch Notes, especially when they are larger in scale. You guys are not blind and know your stuff, obviously you will figure these things out. The turnaround on the PTS Patch Notes was really tight and things get lost.

  • TU10 release date: June 16th.
  • Season 2 will start one week after the release of TU10.
  • Second Raid will not come out before early July. Expect a release date soon.

As I've seen some comments on that: Yannick says July in the video but it'll be earlier rather than later.
