One of my agents has the mission, the other does not. The other agent is missing all the mission icons from the power plant location actually, including the countdown icon.
When i go to the helicopter mission selection, i can only select countdown, but Anderson is missing there as well.It should be like this:

I see we have reported this issue to the dev team but have also seen another player mention a workaround which I'll provide below:"When I played the Anderson mission in a friend's session with a normal character who cannot play the Anderson mission, after completing the mission, even the normal character can now play the Anderson mission."Let us know if that helped you too.
