My son was playing with my phone and changed my daily reset time to 3pm EST, which means that the bonus energy payout with 3 energy types is now at 3am (super convenient!). I already used one of my 2 time changes last daylight savings, so I wouldn't be able to change it myself for another 264 days. Missing out on 264 days of bonus energy is giving me a panic attack. Anyone have any luck with EA support reverting accidental time changes? I already submitted a ticket, but could use some reassurance.

EDIT: Welp... Rakesh P. from EA support effectively told me to go fuck myself. Apparently the setting can't be changed on the back end. I pointed out that missing this bonus energy payout every day for the next 264 days would make me lose out on 75 crystals worth of energy per day. That's 19,800 crystals before I can change the setting myself, which comes to $126 to $179 depending on which bulk crystal purchase rate you use. I asked what he could do to compensate me, since it was an accident and their poor game design made it irreversible, and he told me I would be receiving no compensation. Guess I'll just take it out of my son's college fund... ;-)
