It's aggravating getting tk'd by somebody that is just "having fun" because I won't go along with their trolling, and am playing the game how it's actually supposed to be played (not trolling).

Yes, there is! It also allows you to be more detailed and provide screenshots/video clips, and receive a report if action is taken against someone's account! you can check it out here![support.ubisoft.com]
And it can be wildly frustrating to deal with griefers like that, I totally get it, I hope this resource helps you out some.
