well something needs to be done. I own a Discord server with 1700 people in it and they often ask what game to play and I recommend Runescape to them. I got a total of 12 people to play. Every single one of them quits after the 2nd sessions because they are just lost and feel overwhelmed even though I'm there to answer any question they have they just have too many questions. I can only imagine what it's like for a brand new player with no friends to even give them that kind of guidance.
