so I have the game on my ps4 and I want to know if i can play the game on my computer by logging into my uplay account like will the game be there and can I just download it on my computer please can someone help cause i am confused!!!!!

You'll have to purchase a copy of the game on each platform that you wish to play. You can use the same Uplay account but you will need to purchase a copy for both platforms.
You can. They are two different copies of the game. Your data doesn't transfer across platforms.
