Thanks for the reports - the grant went out and has been verified, so looking at whether it was an issue with our PTS logs. May reach out to a handful of players to run their Test account logins (remember, it must be same as your Live account login) account against our list.

@o0shane0o Have you logged out and back on? If so, can you shoot me your Test login to check against our logs? It should be the same Test login as you play on Live in order to receive the grant.
