Hello! I see you linked to a forum post that references bots being used in matches for brand new players below, but we just wanted to make it clear that bots are never used outside of a player's first few games. As I was typing this, you posted that you don't have the replay codes below.

Some organizations (generally cheat sellers) create accounts played by very rudimentary bots for the purposes of reselling these accounts. These bots don't actually attack, they just move randomly. These are generally being prepped to be sold to players that want to cheat at the game. We ban these accounts as quickly as possible, but sometimes they do get to play full matches before being banned. We're always looking for more examples of these matches, so if your future replay(s) have these accounts in them, that could be very helpful.

I don't have a good explanation for why this would only happen with Moira. If you have Contextual Comms Wheel off, you shouldn't have had to look down to get a different response. Enable Automatic Need Help is a feature that will cause your hero to call for help when you ping if an enemy is attacking you at very close range and your ping hit no targets.

we became aware of this on monday. we have a fix in the works.

Hey there. Our patch note release process is manual, and sometimes mistakes happen. We're still planning on releasing the Anniversary event on the date we have had scheduled, which isn't, and never was, today.

After my last comment I just had another 11 min comp queue with my duo and I both queuing for support only (PS4 NA East). It’s 4pm on a Sunday too. Trust me when I say I’m not complaining because I know this is norm for DPS but it’s definitely not the norm for tank and support role queues. Something is definitely not right here.

u/billwarnecke - I’m very active on this sub and there’s have been a LOT of posts and comments from users experiencing this same issue in the last couple of weeks. Some users have also mentioned reporting this issue on the Blizz forums as well with no response that I’m aware of. Is that this something on your radar by any chance?
