Why would anyone use the steam client over Runelite? What features other than UI scaling does the steam client have to prevent people ditching it for Runelite?

Will getting the steam achievements be tracked in something like the collection log?

They won't be trackable in game. And I'd hate to add them to the Collection Log - it'd force players to play using Steam if they're collectionists.

The Steam release will be huge for those dealing with the current login issues! It's not a complete solution to the problem, but it's at least a decent workaround until they've revamped the login systems. Well done!

Yep! And rest assured - a proper solution to the problem is coming!

We used the Steam Beta (launched in December) to help out players who reported the Login Issue, and it seemed to work well.

Nope! A long-term proper fix is in progress, and has been for some time. Steam will be useful in the short-term.

Nope! A long-term proper fix is in progress, and has been for some time. Steam will be useful in the short-term.

That's not a small thing! Probably the main reasons I use runelite is because the UI scaling and camera settings on the vanilla client make it impossible to play in resizable, this helps a ton

Since these are clearly meant for low-lvl players and guide them around in F2P, there should be an achievement for teleporting with the Chronicle. Defnitely think this item is something new players should be aware of, no reqs to buy and it's very useful early on before getting magic lvls.

The volatile nightmare staff in lms is bugged. If you kill your opponent that has it, it will not drop to the ground. Also it does not spawn on the ground if the person you killed griefed and dropped it before death.

Also, since new weapons are added to lms, it is still quite confusing how the acb doesn't come with opal dragon bolt e thus making the morrigan javelins way better assuming you don't consider the diamond bolt effect. Cause diamond bolts are adamant bolts, base hit is pretty low vs ballista and javelins.

I use a 27 inch display at 1440p, and with 200% interface scaling (basically what I use on Runelite) the text in the chatbox gets very weird looking. Makes it rather difficult to read. I don't know how easy/hard it is, but could you look into adding some sort of interface smoothing akin to runelite? Would make the lower DPI interface look a bit better.
