I'm aware of jagex's current stance on AHK and that you can be banned if caught, I just want to know if people are getting permanently banned for it. I'm not talking about insane humanely impossible pvp switches or anything, i just want to make a simple 1 click script for bank stand skilling. I know Autumn Elegy got a 2 day ban for using AHK and i just want to know if that's all you will get for first and only offense. This probably isn't the right place to ask this since i knowingly want to break the rules (hence the throwaway), I just want to know if anyone has ever been perma'd for it.
Using any form of AHK can result in a permanent offence being applied to your account, the severity of abuse often determines whether you will get a temporary ban first or not. There is no "1:1 is safe" - even remapping keys using AHK will run the risk, and I suggest the use of Mouse Keys or remapping keys using your hardware vendors software if you're wishing to do so.
