This man should be permanent banned on all accounts for this disgusting, despicable language. This kind of speech has absolutely no place in this game and is deeply upsetting.

Jagex, you have an obligation to send a message regarding these kinds of things. This is not ordinary flame. This vile and violent hate speech.

This guy isn't a big streamer, but he still has 2.3K followers. Please send a message. This is not ok.
