The Talisman of Baium (Imprint) will be permanent once you claim it and will NOT be deleted at the end of the event.

They were deployed by mistake last week with the Dawn of Heroes update. What you are seeing now is the boost active for the Imperial Tomb quest reward (originally 10 billion without boost), Double XP/SP rewards in Storm, and the Double drops in Primeval.
Prior to the update, we had 100% XP/SP Boost, 300% Vitality Boost, and the Party Hunting Bonus for 6 weeks, so it is hard to see XP change in Storm Isle (check Fury Tier Nero XP reward on L2 Wiki for reference).
Double Drops you can easily see in Primeval as the original quantity (x1) and drop chance has doubled.
The Imperial Tomb quest did not exist before the update, so there is no "before" number to compare it with. Other regions received the same quest reward file for their update.

We requested for this change after the Winter of War update. The dev team is working now on addressing other areas of the game, but I will bring this back up with them again.
Lv. 105+ zones only (not all of them, but specific ones). More details will be posted later today about it and yes you can get Greater Jewels Lv. 1 with a rare chance.
The rate may get changed back in the future with another content update. We will monitor the situation for now with the Dev team.
Primeval Isle drops are already doubled since last week. It will go back to normal on 5/27. Same with XP rates for Storm and the quest rewards for Imperial Tomb.

This is not a bug, but an issue where our 16th Anniversary event was partially deployed last week along with some other things. The drop rate is increased by double in that area until 5/27. There are other timed hunting zones that have been boosted. We will mention them in our event details page later today along with the early deployment issue.

The Talisman of Baium Package will be available to purchase in the L2 Coin shop for 16 L2 Coins. It will be limited to one per account for level 80+ from 4/29 until 5/27. When you open the package, you will receive 1 Talisman of Baium (Imprint = Not Tradable) and 2 Talisman of Baium Enchant Scrolls. You have the option to enchant this Talisman of Baium with those 2 scrolls. You can fail an enchant starting from +1 and the Talisman of Baium will be deleted. You can only enchant the Talisman up to +2 since only two scrolls are provided in the pack and that is only if you are successful on both attempts.
