It was a typo, transfers are only for the Live server.

But is is not clear do we use for combining a Tersi Soul Crystal or any Soul Crystal, and if it is Thersi's soul crystal then were do we get level 1 crystal to start with? it is written that Tersp's soul can be purchased at NPC but not the Tersi crystal level 1.

The Tersi's Crystal will be obtainable from future events and promotions.

Basically, the changes were not well-received in other regions and Dev decided to reverse their decision at the last minute for us.

We had a discussion with the Dev team about a Dragon Weapon Exchange several years ago when there were many Dragon Weapon Fragments on the market. They did not want to add any DW exchange functions to the Red Libra event or any other systems at the time. Their stance may change someday in Korea if the local development team decides to add the exchange as they sometimes have differing opinions from our development team. For now, we will not have a Dragon Weapon Exchange for the Red Libra event at this time.

I managed to get screenshots of most important things on the first day, like Fixed Cooldown or some completely overpowered skills that are breaking the game now, but it seems our L2 Team is back traking on those ninja style.
Please, state the reason for this move! Will it be implemented never or later?

The Dev team reversed their original decision earlier this week on the cooldown changes after receiving player feedback from other regions. That is the reason why we removed it from the patch notes. I do not know if the cooldown times will be changed in the future, but they will stay the way they are now for this upcoming update.

You do not get the Black Strider Mount Spellbook back when you change to your new class. However, if you decide to change back to your old class then the Black Strider mount skill will still be there.

We requested the 24hr Rose Buff to be FREE the last few times we ran the Red Libra event, but this time the price has returned to the Adena amount as intended by the Dev team.

No weapon change will be offerred, but we are giving out a +7 B-grade Weapon Exchange Ticket as part of the Vanguard Support Kit. A Hero's Starter Kit will also be available in the L2 Coin Shop for 9,500 L2 Coin or in the L2 Store for 2,280 NCoin. The Hero's Starter Kit will contains 3x A-grade Weapon Exchange Tickets and x5 A-grade Armor Exchange Tickets plus a bunch of other special equipment items.

Heres the question....I'm an archer, I obviously want a bow. What happens when I click and open? Do I receive a random but very good weapon that could be anything or does the system know I'm an archer and automatically give me a bow like Lionel in Heine does?

Congrats! The box will contain a random weapon, but there's always a chance it is the bow you want.

We had no planned changes to hunting zones for the maintenance today. We are now investigating the NPC drop changes with the Dev team.
