@Juji announced Permanent increase to Adena quantity that drops from mobs.

Well sad but true, adena drop reduced to previous settings like what we had before update.

So i guess no permanent increase ever happened

At the time of the update, we had a reduced quantity for Adena on all drops. We had an unscheduled maintenance the following day to correct it.

The following has happened twice now when I've gone to Primeval Island.

On my main character, I've completed Exalted 6, which added +1 to all core stats. I checked the stats before and after. For example, STR went from 59 to 60 after applying the new book. Twice when I've gone to Primeval Island. I began fighting mobs, as usual. But when I checked my stats again, all had dropped back to pre-Exalted 6 levels (e.g. I lost the +1 so STR went from 60 back to 59). 

When my time on Primeval finished, I returned to town and went to a regular hunting spot. All stats returned with +1 again.

Please note, I have not tested this on the other two timed spots.

We are not able to reproduce this issue. Did you have a buff that increased STR stats active?

The Dev team mentioned that the UTC-2 to UTC time change happened after the Dimensional Siege time was already scheduled last weekend. The next one should automatically be scheduled for 20:00 UTC.

We have a few open bugs to the Dev team to fix several of these hunting zone issues.

• Fixed several localization issues.

I have checked with our tech support team and we have only received two reports of this issue, but it appears the issue was resolved after restarting the launcher for these two players.

We sent a request today to the Dev team to investigate why the Dimensional Siege started two hours later.

And was informed today(4 days later) that they will not be able to restore my item. Thank you for reporting the issue. It is a known issue now and has been submitted to be fixed immediately. The localization on the item description is incorrect. I will follow up with you separately.

Correct. It is already applied once you learn it.

Turn off Advanced Shader in the settings. This bug was fixed prior to the update, but was reverted back.

We had a long discussion with the Dev team this week during discussing a dual-to-main class swapping account service. Unfortunately, the Dev team cannot support a swap service for the Dual Class as it would be extremely difficult to implement and maintain with each class exception. We thought it was something Dev could easily support for NCW because of the Dual Class Re-awakening feature with Red Libra, but it is technically not the same when it comes to changing out the main class. 

Players in Korea and other regions had also requested a similar service, which is why Dev team created the Dual Class separation service that transfers your Dual Class to another account. We plan to review whether the Dual Class Separation service can be brought over to NCW, but we understand that it does not fully address the issue at hand with the Dual Class imbalance. Therefore, we will be reducing prices on boost items and offering more XP boost events to run in the future.

I was able to find the actual issue with this passive skill today. The casting speed and cooldown bonus are automatically applied upon learning the skill. You do not have to equip anything since the bonus is already applied. I will put another localization bug in for this issue.

I checked several of these augments: P. Critical Damage, P. Skill Critical, and P. Critical Rate. All of them do not appear in the skill window, but I tested the weapon damage with and without the augments. They are working as intended and give the desired effects.
