Hi handy142The offices times are Monday - Friday with the team out during the weekend, often a message should come up saying the team will be in touch within 48 hours.I've even just called a dev member on Sunday Morning....it didn't go down well (think I woke them up)

Hey Donkey KongYou don't need to spend in-game currency to craft the cards you own and scan into the game. For example, when you scan Bubble Fish you obtain that card, however, if you need more of them; you'll need to scan more cards in or craft them in game.If the cards haven't appeared however, let our support team know with your playertag :)
