That's it. I loved playing the game, but after the support tried to move my shard to the right server, I lost everything. Since then they gave me the most terrible support I've seen so far. I got emails from them saying that "they fixed the problem", but they didn't. Then I reply and it takes 2-3d for them to try again... I don't know if I get my collection back, but I also don't want to start a new account, since I had a full collection and put lots of effort into it.
Any idea what else I can do?
