With Conqueror Alistar coming out, I've noticed a lot of people, including Alistar players not being that excited and saying that nothing will beat Moo Cow. The only other character I can think of that is in a similar situation is Kassadin with his Cosmic Reaver skin.
Are there any other skins you feel like this applies to as well?
If you know the reference the helm is as well to an old great skin artist who left a long while back, that is also a great plus. Ironstylus was such a good skin artist for the tools he had at the time.
