That is indeed a very very hard task. Flash is mostly used for its versatility, you can use it agressively/defensively/bmingly. What kind of summoner spell would people pick over flash instead of picking it WITH flash?

Can this even be done? Is it possible to make a choice better than flash outside of very specific champions?
