Jungle XP changes. On AVG, Plat+ Junglers are down XP at a steady rate from 4 to 18 minute (-400xp by 18min). This was intentional (Jungle agency is in line w/ others), but there's more shock than desired, especially at lower elo because bad at pathing/optimizing.
slightly outdated now. added a further 10 gold and xp to krugs, spread out of course between each of the 10 things you must kill

as stated in the context, pro junglers stop farming at mid game, so we are putting the XP on the item instead of camps (they generate more net XP for their team by farming the camps rather than giving it to their adc)
numerically, < plat junglers are down around 50% more xp compared to > plat junglers
