Hey Friends,

Just a short time ago, we started rolling out a small client update that addresses the following issues:

• Fixed an issue where de-syncing (a discrepancy between what the client shows vs. what is actually occurring on the server) would sometimes occur when Soul Juggler was dealing damage or when Deathrattles spawned minions in Battlegrounds.
• Art for Heroes + Hero Powers will now properly populate on mobile devices when the optional data download is paused.
• When the Air Raid Twinspell is played, the copy generated will now be the correct rarity.
• Risky Skipper is now a Pirate minion type, as originally intended.
• Spin ‘em Up and Small Repairs will no longer have their mana cost displayed in red when generated from Keeper Stalladris.

Just logged in after seeing this. Didn't get a new quest via login, rerolled old quest to see if that would work and still got old quest. Still no New Year quest for me. :C

Seems I will be down and out for 2 new year quests already...

We are looking into this as we speak my friend! Seems some folks are having trouble with receiving the Lunar New Year Quests.

Update: This is likely due to a timing difference. These launched at 10am PT for all regions... meaning, if you re-rolled before this time, then you won't be granted the Lunar New Year Quests until the following day.

By the way, this is actually a bug 🙃. This will be fixed in an upcoming patch <3

What a fucking buggy mess. All of the voice bubbles have incoherent text/placeholders for the bosses and the loading bar. Also, in Heroic none of the characters are showing during deck selection. They have done tons and tons of releases. This is a complete joke.

EDIT: Now, my character picture is missing in game. It's just gray. How does this get out the door???

If you force quit the app (open up multitasking > swipe up to remove it from multitasking) and then re-launch, the issue should be resolved.

Essentially, what is happening is that it's a difference in the data versions due to things still being rolled out globally. The team is working to rectify this in the future.

Never has before. I've been able to play at launch time every single other time. Because you release the patch before launch time and lock the content till launch time. So everyone is preloaded.

Why didn't you do that this time

Usually that happens for expansion launch, not typically for PvE. We didn't do a pre-patch this time, so the Solo Adventure was a part of the patch that shipped today.

I've just sent this over to the team! We are gonna look into it.

It typically propagates a few hours later.

Correct, it's just because the mobile patch hasn't propagated yet. It should be out soon!
