Guild Wars 2 Dev Tracker

Thanks for that. Yeah, I'm not as active on socials these days, but I'll pop in when I can. Still very thankful for our community and that the game is going strong more than a decade from its initial release.

I'm not sure I could make a good guess as to the number, sorry.

PvP tracks all received the same update, with the exception of the WvW exclusive tracks of course!

It shouldn't affect it at all - all of the 'old' rewards that were available before can be found in the 'new' reward tracks, so any place you had clovers before, you should have clovers now. In fact, there are also now clovers in the condensed dungeon reward track, so if anything, there should be more clovers than before!

Cheers :D

No, the two things are unrelated. I asked to come back to GW2 at the end of last year...I was really struggling to learn Unreal well enough to be productive, and I started teaching night classes in Narrative Design at Digipen, so I needed something more familiar and comfortable in my day job.

I can only click the little yellow bar over my health pool so fast :/

Appreciate the critique. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts.

Hello Everyone!

The new WvW Poll is up: https://feedback.guildwars2.com

Hello all!

I've been working out a few bugs for the legendary collections, and just wanted to let you all know how things stand.

Assuming everything goes as scheduled, when Wintersday turns off (1/12) the following things will be in:

  • Dwarven Spell Trap: if you have collected all of the magics, but it hasn't "charged" you can double-click it to charge it

  • Temple of Dwayna: there are 2 collectibles for capturing the temple of Dwayna, Malchor's Notes (Bolt I) and Malchor's Demise (Twilight I). Defending the temple will also grant these items.

  • Magnificent Lens: Defending the "Gates of Arah" will also grant this collectible

  • Any collectible where you need to charge something at a place of power will now give priority to that over charging quartz. This wasn't really a blocker, but it was pretty annoying.

Here are some things that I'm working on, but didn't feel comfortable with my changes until I can get someone else to look at them. It has been a few years since I worked on events,...
