Been sending emails back and forth all week after someone connected their epic games account to my playstation account and disconnected after i found out, making me lose all my skins/battle passes i’ve bought over the years. I sent them every piece of information they asked for including receipts from purchases i’ve made dating back 3 years ago. Still saying they can’t verify it’s my account and that they’re not going to do anything. Super annoyed, don’t get hacked guys.
nah just started playing again for the level 100 spider-man skin but it kept saying someone else was on my account so i tried to get on my epic games account and it was a completely different email and name than what i had. I messaged epic games live chat and they said they would look into it. Next time i log in i have everything gone and now they say they can’t verify my account. guess it’s time for a new game lol
