Fortnite: Battle Royale Dev Tracker

(2021) After picking up a chicken with a parasite my game got messed up. It shows I'm getting up to 60fps but in reality it was 10 to 20, and there was a lot of lag, like I'm playing on 300 ping, and some actions were not working. I tried recording it, but actually it was a lot worse than the recording.

I'm on an S20 Ultra, but it doesn't matter because lots of other people have experienced this issue.
