My friend on Xbox One can’t hear us, but we can hear him.
Is there any fix? He says that when he unplugs his mic he can hear us for a second, and after that he can’t hear us. We can still hear his mic.

We're working to address voice chat not working properly for some players. However, for players on Xbox, following these steps may resolve this issue:
1) Press the Xbox button.
2) Select "Audio & Music."
3) Move "Headset chat mixer" all the way to the right.
Please note this solution may not work for all players on Xbox, but I hope this helps in your friend's case.
